I have bought several things from Smiling tree Toys and the quality is always impeccable. This order was my first time having one minor issue with my name bunting I bought. One of the letters which has holes drilled in it was a little off so two of the four holes were non functional but it did not impact the name bunting at all and it is still fully functional. I'm guessing with the holidays it just slipped their quality control. This won't stop me from continuing to support this small business. It's a unique option for gifting which I enjoy. :)
