We purchased our first grandson's personalized name puzzle
(Jack) from Smiling Tree Toys a year ago for his 1st birthday. We were beyond thrilled with the craftsmanship and overall appearance of the puzzle. Everyone wanted to know where we purchased it from. Unfortunately, our grandson lost the first letter (J) to his name puzzle this past year. We contacted your webpage and were pleased to see that we could send for a replacement letter at a minimal cost. The letter arrived in less than 7 days after we placed the order.
