We're a small team of doers and dreamers who handcraft our products from start to finish on our 13 acre homestead in rural southwestern Minnesota.
We're driven by an appreciation for meaningful handmade gifts, a love of Mother Earth and sustainable living, and the simple joys of life through the eyes of children. And we believe that childhood is more about creative learning and experiences through play and less about all. the. stuff.
Our team is a combination of on-site employees who create, personalize, and ship our products and remote contractors specializing in marketing, sales, and design.
We're growing, and we invite introductory hellos from like-minded creatives. We welcome self-starters, optimists, organizational wizards, craftsmen, and designers looking for a fast-paced, casual, and fun work environment. A willingness to learn and tackle challenges is a must.
ON-SITE FULFILLMENT + INVENTORY MANAGER
(rural Lamberton, MN)
Immediate opening for an on-site fulfillment assistant
Initial duties include shipping orders and managing inventory. Part-time (15-25 hours/week) to begin, with more hours during Nov-Dec and the potential for year-round full-time. Competitive wage and ability to earn paid time off.
Anticipated additional responsibilities include customer service, systems/workflow management, and marketing/sales.
The best fit will be a self-starter and clear communicator with great attention to details and systems. Must possess intermediate computer skills and be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Experience in customer service is a plus.
Exact hours are somewhat flexible. We do our best to accommodate working parents with children.
