Everything is handmade by our team of four in our red barn wood shop on the Minnesota prairie.  We're fueled by indie music, dark chocolate, and our passion for eco-friendly gifts.

Most of our toys and decor items are finished with our in-house blend of two simple ingredients: organic jojoba oil and locally sourced beeswax.

Our teethers, toy crates, memory, and color-your-own craft items come unfinished.

We never use paints, stains, dyes.

Most of our items are made from three types of sustainably sourced hardwoods grown in the USA: maple, cherry, and walnut.

We make some of our items from eco-friendly, formaldehyde-free wood veneer with a fiberboard core.  We only source USA-made veneer wood to ensure it's top quality. 

Your purchase means we're here for you for life. We create with safety and durability in mind; your keepsake will last a lifetime.

If you ever have a quality issue with one of our items, we will happily repair or replace it.  Just email us 1) a photo of your item and 2) your order number.

Yes, of course!  We never include printed receipts or pricing info in our packages (to save on paper), and we'll include a short, handwritten gift note message if you'd like.  Just tell us your message in the 'special notes' box at checkout.

Yes, we ship everywhere in the world (except for the UK and South Korea) via Global Post and US Priority International Mail. 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, and we are not responsible for any customs fees you may incur. Read our complete international shipping policy here.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to engraving. This includes corrections, updates, or revisions to personalized text.

If you need to change anything else on your order, please contact usas soon as possible with your order number and details. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been personalized or shipped, and changes are not guaranteed.

Please note that we often begin engraving shortly after an order is received. Even if you contact us immediately after placing your order, we may not be able to make changes.

We ship via US Mail and UPS. Please refer to your order's tracking number to follow its progress.  Sometimes tracking requires 24-48 hours to update online. 

If you order is marked as delivered but has not yet arrived, please wait 24 hours as it will often arrive within that time. 

We do not guarantee actual delivery dates, and as such are not responsible for packages delayed in transit.

If your order still has not arrived 10 days after its ship date, please let us know and we can look into it for you.
