picture alphabet blocks

Most of the dark blocks I received has very light/faint engraving and I had trouble reading it, I reach out to customer service and they pushed back saying it's normal, I showed them photo and finally they said they have newer machine and will reprint the blocks with better/darker engraving for me. The new block I received has fantastic engraving darkness, however, both the alphabet and image were a bit off centered, the image engraving also seems a lot thinner this time too, I love the quality and appreciate them willing to fix, but just wish they could pay more attention to detail before they send those out, love it regardless.

I was searching for a gift for my great nephew, one that would be of quality and enrichment.
When I found your website I was delighted to see you make toys that while simplistic in nature bring a level of tradition to the marketplace.
My father was a craftsman and he would have made these for us had he still been alive. These will bring joy and fun to learning for many years to come.

The blocks are great! Wish they were a little bigger but otherwise perfect. Came very quickly.

I'm so excited to get these to my first granddaughter who turns one-year-old tomorrow! I know that she will like them and also as she's growing because when she's older she will be learning her ABCs and she can learn about the animals etc. She might just want to put them in her mouth and figure out what to do with them now!
