I know, I know. We're all still recovering for Christmas (was it really just five days ago??) but New Year's is in just a couple days and you know what that means: resolutions. Of course there are the usual goals: lose weight, eat healthier, save money, travel more, etc. and those are all excellent things to strive to accomplish. For me though, I like to take this time to re-evaluate my efforts to combat pollution and lower our family's carbon footprint. Beyond the things we've done for years (energy efficient home and vehicles, walking as much as possible, eating little to no meat, just to name a few), I wanted to know what else we could do.
